Then little children were brought to Him that He might put His hands on them and pray, but the disciples rebuked them. But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven." And He laid His hands on them. (Matthew 19:13-15a)
Among the work which we do in our congregation, telling our little ones about Jesus is near the top of the list. Jesus frequently spoke about how important these "little ones" were to Him. In carrying out our Lord's Great Commission to make disciples of all nations we seek to bring the Gospel to the children of our congregation. In our worship services the Holy Spirit works in the hearts of these little lambs through the Word. Throughout the year in Sunday School the children have another opportunity to hear about their loving Savior, Jesus Christ.

For our 2008-09 Sunday School year we will be teaching Old Testament and New Testament lessons from "God's Hand in Our Lives", a series produced by the CLC.
